Pull up a loop from each of next 2sc, yo and draw
through all loops.
Base of ch. Work in first stitch
To fit size approx:-
Sole: Length 3 inches
Heel to cuff: 2.5 inches
Materials
For great results it is always best to use the
recommended yarn, I have used a:-
Small amount of Stylecraft Special DK yarn in color 1
Small amount of Stylecraft Special DK yarn in color 2
An equivalent yarn would be a light worsted #3
3.50mm Clover Crochet Hook
GAUGE – 5sc and 6 rows of sc measures approx 1 inch

With color 1 ch24 loosely, sl st to first ch to make a
round, ch1, (RS) 1sc in base of 1ch, 1sc in each ch to
end, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn. (24sc)
Starting with 1ch, 1sc in base of 1ch, work seven more
rows of 1sc in each sc to end, sl st to the first sc on the
beginning of each row and turning. Fasten off.
Heel – Join in color 2, ch1, 1sc in base of 1ch, 1sc in
each of next 11sc, turn leaving remaining 12sc
un-worked.
Starting with 1ch, 1sc in base of 1ch, work five more
rows of 1sc in each sc to end. Turn. (12sc)
With WS facing fold heel in half length ways, sl st both
sides of the row you just worked together to seal heel.
Fasten off.
With RS side facing join color 1 to first row end (next to
sl st edge you have just created), ch1, work 1sc in each
of the six row ends along first side of the heel, 1sc in
each of next 12sc along the foot, 1sc in each of the next
six row ends on second side of heel, sl st to first sc on
beginning of row. Turn. (24sc)
Starting with 1ch, 1sc in base of 1ch, work eleven more
rows of 1sc in each sc to end, sl st to the first sc on the
beginning of each row and turn. Turn.
Shape Toe – (Dec Row) 1ch, * dec 1sc (see abbrev)
over next 2sc, * rpt from * to * to end, sl st to first sc.
Turn. (12sc)
Rpt last row once, fasten off leaving length of yarn. (6sc)
Cuff – With RS facing join color 2 to starting chain edge,
starting with 1ch, 1sc in base of 1ch, work four rows of
1sc, in each sc to end, sl st to the first sc and turning at
the end of each row. DNT at the end of the fourth row
Loop – ch20, sl st to first ch. Fasten off.
Finishing – Working on WS of work, thread length of
yarn through last row to gather toe.
Weave in any loose ends of yarn and trim. Turn through
to RS.
