EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

1. Terms of Employment

1.1 Job Title and Responsibilities


The Employee is hired as a teacher and is expected to:

 Prepare lesson plans and teach the assigned subjects effectively.

 Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment.

 Assess, evaluate, and report on student progress.

 Attend staff meetings and participate in school activities as required.

 Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.

1.2 Working Hours


The Employee shall work from7 :00 AM to 5: 00PM, Monday to Friday, and may be required to attend
occasional weekend or evening activities, as determined by the Employer.

2. Compensation and Benefits

2.1 Salary
The Employee shall receive a monthly salary of __________________________, per month

3. Probation Period

The Employee shall be subject to a probationary period of 3 months, during which performance will be

 Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions.

6. Termination of Contract

6.1 Termination by Employer


The Employer may terminate this contract for misconduct, poor performance, or any breach of its terms
with immediate effect.

6.2 Termination by Employee


The Employee may resign by providing a one-month written notice.

6.3 Final Payment


All dues shall be settled within 30 days of contract termination, subject to clearance of school property.

7. Confidentiality

The Employee agrees to keep all school information confidential and not disclose it to any third party
during or after the contract period.

8. Governing Law
