with common Nordic and European cultural aspects. Finns have a reputation for reticence,
thoughtfulness and unemotional behavior. Finnish society is not overly formal; rather, it is
relatively relaxed, whether at home, work or the sauna.
Finnish fashion brews from Nordic design, spiced with play. Finns usually wear casual
comfortable and practical clothes, effortless elegance combined with considered colors and
functionality are the defining elements of Finnish fashion.
Finland is regarded as one of the safest countries in the world. Finland is famous for being the
Happiest Country in the World, as well as having the world's best education system and cleanest
air. Finland is known for its saunas, reindeers, Nokia, and the Santa Claus village.
Vappu, or May Day is a national holiday, an event for Finns to emphatically welcome spring after
several months of little daylight. It can be compared to Mardi Gras with parades and parties.

employment, revenues and play a significant role in development.
