About Business

• HPP Cold pressed Juices

HPP juices are beverages made from fruits and vegetables that have been treated using a method called
High Pressure Processing (HPP). Instead of using heat to pasteurize the juice, HPP uses extremely high
pressure to kill harmful bacteria and extend the juice's shelf life.

High Pressure Processing (HPP) is a non-thermal food preservation method commonly used for
producing HPP juices. The process involves subjecting the juice to high levels of pressure (up to 87,000
psi) to eliminate harmful bacteria, yeasts, Molds, and pathogens without the use of heat. This helps retain
the fresh taste, colour, nutrients, and shelf life of the juice while ensuring food safety.

High pressure processing (HPP) does not affect covalent bonds, meaning the flavor or nutritional
properties of the food remain intact. Overall, HPP juices offer a healthier, more natural alternative to heat-
pasteurized juices, maintaining the juice’s natural nutrients and flavours while extending shelf life.

Company manufactures total 18 flavors of juices and frozen juices and all juices are Not from
concentrate, free from sugar and preservatives: all natural.

How HPP Works:

Cold Pressure: HPP involves putting the juice in a container and then subjecting it to very high
levels of pressure (up to 87,000 psi). This pressure is applied uniformly around the juice, killing
harmful bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens.

No Heat: Unlike pasteurization, which uses heat, HPP uses cold pressure. This is important
because heat can destroy some vitamins, enzymes, and the natural flavour of the juice.

Safe to Drink: HPP effectively kills pathogens like E. coli, Listeria, and Salmonella, making the
juice safe to drink without altering its raw taste and nutrient profile.
• Trading of fruits

Surifresh Extract ltd procures fruits from farmers/growers, traders, and importers. Fruits procured from
importers are those fruits which are not locally available or not available in superior quality due to non
seasonality. Fruits procured from traders are generally sourced by them from multiple farmers/growers
can offer large quantity.

This multi-source procurement approach balances risks, ensures variety, and helps maintain a steady
supply chain for your fruit trading business.

SuriFresh Extract Ltd after procurement sends the procured fruits to Primary Processing & Storage
Centre for sorting and grading and storing in controlled atmosphere chambers.

Imported Fruits: Imported fruits are sorted and graded according to the Standard operating procedures
of SuriFresh Extract Ltd and put available in market for sale immediately.

Indian Fruits: Indian fruits procured are sorted and graded according to the Standard operating
procedures of SuriFresh Extract Ltd. Further Indian fruits are stored in controlled atmosphere chambers
for 6-8 months to maintain their freshness and life of fruits.
