1) The person number is already there, why do we require a worker Number?

Ans: Person Number is Unique, if you use a legal employer sequence, the person number
doesn't change when you rehire in the same legal employer. However, the worker number
changes when you rehire in a different legal employer or globally transfer to a different
legal employer.

2) Position was created with DFF values then Employee was hired, However Assignment
DFF does not auto populate when Position is selected? What is the Possible way to get the
scenario achieved?
Ans: If you have defined position synchronization at the legal employer level and haven’t
defined flex field mapping for a legal employer, the position flex fields won’t be
synchronized at the assignment for that legal employer.
3) ** If a person is in multiple assignments which calendar event, he should follow?
If ‘A’ assignments in UK and ‘B’ assignment is in US/India.
Ans: A Person is associated with primary assignment in work schedule the calendar events are

same time.

Ans: when department tree version is changed, we have changed the effective start date and end
date. Then we have to update the metadata line in the column of update tree version name.

role.
