INTRODUCTION
REGAL GUARDFORCE SDN BHD was established on 17th February 2011 by a group of
security professionals with years of experience and expertise being involved in the
militaryand local security industry.
The company’s core business is to provide security, private investigation and consultancy
services to a wide range of clientele.
The Founding Chairman is Major General Datuk Abdul Razak Abd Aziz RMAF (Ret),
with 36 years of service with the Royal Malaysian Air Force.
He is both experienced and well versed in all areas related to security management and
Services. He is regarded as an expert in this specialized field.
VISION
Regal Guardforce Sdn Bhd aims for new milestone of positioning itself as a notable

CHAIRMAN PROFILE
Major General Datuk Abdul Razak bin Abdul Aziz TUDM (Retired)
Our Chairman joined the Royal Malaysian Air Force in 1969. He has served in various operational
capacities in the RMAF and MAF from a squadron pilot flying Alouette 111 and Nuris to senior
command appointments. His vast experience also include staff and corporate management
positions in the Ministry of Defence. He served for a total of 36 years.
His prestigious services started at the level of 2nd Lieutenant upon gaining commission(1969-72),
Thereafter he was promoted to Flying Officer (1972-74) and onwards to Flight Lieutenant (1975-
76), Squadron Leader (1976-79), Major (1979-82), Lieutenant Colonel(1983-93), Colonel(1994-
99), Promotion to Brigadier General came in (2000-03)and the final rank of Major General in
(2004-06).
War time experience; in 1994, he was appointed as Head of RMAF Technical Support Group Somalia
responsible for operating Mogadishu Airport and Sea-port. For over 100 days he managed the
airport while overseeing the security of the complex to ensure the smooth flow of United Nation
troops and logistics out of Mogadishu airport and Sea port.
