Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Vehicle Workshop

1. Introduction

Purpose: This SOP provides guidelines for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle workshop.

Scope: Applies to all personnel handling vehicle maintenance, repair, and workshop operations.

Responsibilities: Staff must adhere to workshop rules, safety measures, and maintenance protocols.

2. Workshop Safety Procedures

- Follow all general safety rules when working in the workshop.

- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, eye protection, and safety boots.

- Fire safety procedures include keeping extinguishers accessible and ensuring flammable materials are
stored properly.

3. Vehicle Maintenance Procedures

- Follow preventive maintenance schedules for oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
