A very good morning to everyone and welcome to the opening program of our “3rd quarter Tech-voc
congress 2025, capability building for TLE Teachers”.
To start, let us all stand for the singing of our national anthem to be conducted by sir jojo a. Mina and to

At this juncture, may I call in sir Benny R. Corpuz, YIS Secondary School Head for his Opening Remarks.

Thank you sir. For the presenttion of Partcipants, may I call in sir Faustino G. Lagua Jr, the Principal I of
BSNHS
Thank you sir. At this moment, a program is never complete without a Statement of Purpose and for
that, let us all welcome, ma’am Fevelyn J. Acupan, Principal III of Maluno Itegrated School. A round of

Thank you maam! And now, we have come to the most awaited part of our opening program, ladies and
gentlemen let us lend our ears to the message from our District Principal-In-Charge sir Regidor F. Topinio
