I, ELSA DELA CRUZ CARISMAL, am a Filipino citizen and a holder of a Philippine passport
number P1104334B. I am writing this letter to extend a request a multiple-entry visa to
Japan for myself and my two children: MEGUMI FAYE CARISMAL KAKIMOTO and KYOICHI
CARISMAL KAKIMOTO. We are seeking this visa as we intend to explore the famous
attractions, experience unique culture, and explore the natural beauty of Tokyo.
Our family resides in Davao City, Davao Del Sur, while I am employed as a finance
officer in Cotabato City. My position provides a stable and secure income, demonstrating my
financial ability to support our international travel.
The primary reason of our request for multiple-entry visa is solely for tourism and
leisure purposes. I am eager to take my children to Tokyo for a family adventure, as it offers
a wide array of attractions such as Disneyland, and cultural spots like Haneda Shrine.
Furthermore, it is an ideal place for us to bond, explore new experiences together, and
create lasting memories.
Our goal is to thoroughly explore Japan’s diverse regions and cultural through
multiple visits. A multiple-entry visa would significantly enhance our ability to plan and enjoy
our trips to Japan, allowing us to maximize our experience and appreciation of the country’s
various landscapes and cultural offerings.
Additionally, this trip will offer my children, Megumi Faye and Kyoichi, an invaluable
opportunity to experience Japan’s beauty at a young age. I firmly believe that this exposure
will foster lasting memories and contribute to their personal development and cultural
appreciation.
We have planned our initial trip to Tokyo from October 5, 2024 to October 11, 2024.
During our stay, we will be accommodated at Hotel Jal City Haneda Tokyo, located at
Hanedaasahicho, Ota City, Tokyo, Japan. This itinerary is carefully designed to provide a
comprehensive experience of Tokyo’s culture and environment while ensuring a
comfortable stay for my children.
As for our guarantor, my employer, Donato Tabujara Patcheco, owner of Antonio R. Pacheco
College Inc. in Cotabato City, has agreed to cover all our expenses during our stay in Japan. This
support further underscores our financial stability and commitment to this trip.
Enclosed with this letter are all relevant documents to support our visa applications,
including our travel itinerary, completed visa application forms, and other necessary
documentation. I assure you both of my children and I will fully comply with all the
regulations and requirements set forth by the Japanese Embassy. I am prepared to provide
any additional documentation or information you may require processing this application.
Our family has strong ties to the Philippines through my employment and our residence,
assuring our return to the Philippines upon completion of our visit to Japan.
