Ingredients:

- 200g whole wheat flour

- 100g chopped dried figs

- 50g walnuts (chopped)

- 50g jaggery powder

- 200ml milk

- 50ml ghee

- 10g baking powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. Soak figs in warm milk for 15 minutes, then blend into a puree.

3. Mix all ingredients, pour into a loaf tin, and bake for 40 minutes.
