I have always followed a healthy diet and now I want to tell you some important
tricks.
I began to go at TO the gym when I was young. I think the most important
THING for me it is when I can feel me well with my body and my mind.
Moreover, I have always eaten healthy food. For example some vegetables,
milk, fish, meat and fruit. I eat five food (comidas: meals) times every day and I
never mix protein with carbohydrates. However, I drink half a litre half of water. I
prefer eating healthy food to eating fast food because I am not good when I eat
it.
Do you want to follow my tricks?
