You have requested an electronic receipt instead of a paper
receipt.
ITX UK Limited will exchange or refund any unworn item that
is returned in its original condition within 30 days of
purchase on production of your receipt. Your original
purchase receipt is essential in order to issue the refund.
A refund will be given by the same method as the original
payment and, in the case of card purchases, back to the same
card. If you do not have the original card, the refund will
be given on a Voucher Card. The Voucher Card may be used to
purchase items in any Zara, Zara Home, Massimo Dutti,
Bershka, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, and Oysho stores in the UK
and on their respective UK websites, until the balance of the
Voucher Card has been used up. The balance of the Voucher
Card may not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Where the only receipt you have for an item is a gift
receipt, the refund will be given on a Voucher Card.
If you have purchased items with a Gift Card, the refund will
be given onto your Gift Card. If you do not have the original
Gift Card, the refund will be given on a Voucher Card. Where
the item you have purchased is a Gift Card, our Gift Card
General Terms and Conditions apply.
The following items are not eligible for returns or
exchanges: underwear or swimwear where the protective hygiene
sticker has been removed, earrings, tights, accessories
without the original packaging, fragrances without the
original sealed packaging, items purchased outside the UK, or
items that that have been tailor-made for you, or altered at
your request.
This returns policy is in addition to, and does not affect,
your statutory rights.
