About the role
The Skilling lead works closely with the content team to create, curate and deliver top-class content, in-line with
customer expectations and maintaining Disprz delivery standards. The incumbent should play an active role in
problem-solving, showcasing a proactive and analytical approach for all content related queries and is a
responsible team player. Driven by a curious mindset, the incumbent will be involved through the content
development life cycle - performing thorough quality checks, research and formulate new plans to maximise
digital adoption. S/He stays abreast of new tools and digital trends for content creation and optimisation. With
excellent interpersonal skills, S/He fosters a culture of commitment, collaboration and excellence.
Responsibilities
An expert writer: have a concise, clear writing style and can set the guidelines for tone, style and content of
Disprz
Research oriented: have the ability to research industry-related topics and generate unique content scripts
brimming with creative flex
Abreast about the changing learning needs industry, role or skill specific and has the ability to add variations
to content strategy using storytelling, doodle, narratives
Accountable towards the content strategy and growth owning the brand tone, voice & all digital content for
Disprz
Design e-learning solution with technology advancements
Has the ability to grow with the product: Should be able to eventually lead the product to implement
motivational techniques that help the user achieve desired behavior change
Measure ROI: adapts to the new learning styles to create intelligent products that are focused on user
experience and business objectives
Review content: created by the team to ensure, the content is crisp and engaging, links are correct and active,
grammatically error free, correct use of language, well formatted, no plagiarism, no jargons and meets
differentiated customer needs

Exceptional: at managing stakeholders, build deep relationships

Requirements
Post Graduate/Graduate, Masters in Organizational development, content writing and or learning and
development, Emotional Intelligence, Neuroscience, English
At least 6 years of experience in a similar role preferably working in SaaS or Edtech
At least 3 years of writing e-learning content in professional capacity
Certified Instructional designer or e-learning content writer
Distinguished communicator (Verbal and written)
Competent with digital-tech tools - Project Management, Dropbox, JIRA, Ai article writer and more
Managing a team of 2-4 analysts
