the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).

BICOL STATE AGRICULTURE and have undergone relevant training and
activities that shaped my ability to handle challenging situations,
communicate effectively, and uphold ethical standards. Additionally, I have
demonstrated strong leadership, integrity, and a commitment to serve my
community throughout my academic and professional experiences.
I am confident that my skills align well with the mission of the BJMP in
promoting the safekeeping, rehabilitation, and welfare of persons deprived of
liberty. I am prepared to undergo the necessary screening and training
processes and pledge to contribute positively to the objectives of the bureau.
