1. 10% Advance booking amount on the Tentative Estimate.


2. 40% After finalising the Designs & Materials on final BOQ.
3. 45% Before dispatch of modular modules from factory.
4. 05% Before Handover time.
Terms & Conditions :
1. Any Design changes or additional scope after/during execution will be charged extra.
2. Any additional Draws will be of extra charge
3. Default handles will be provided, if any special model required will be of extra charge
4. Only 4 set of Designs are provided at free of cost, additional design options will be charged extra.
5. The above estimate is valid for 7 days.
