SPECIMEN SUBMITTED:
Cadaver of Joel Pajarito y Durano, 36 years old, male, 163 cm in height, and a
resident of Barangay 2 PoblacionCatubig, Northern Samar.

PURPOSE OF LABORATORY EXAMINATION:


To determine the cause of death.

FINDINGS:
Well nourished, fully developed male cadaver in rigor mortis with post mortem
lividity( Front portion ) at dependent portion of the body. Hemorrhagic conjunctive, lips
and nail beds are pale and cyanotic.

One (1) stabbed wound located on the left portion of the chest, measuring 3cm x
2cm from anterior midline
One (1) stabbed wound located at the lower portion of the body, measuring 2cm
x 2cm from the anterior midline.

CONCLUSION:
The cause of death is the stabbed wounds perforating the heart.
