Title of Project: SAP-Social Services
Client: Department Of Human Services (Australia).
Venue: Canberra ACT (Australia) Client location.
Time of conductance: From September 2014 to 26th June 2015.

Description:
Child Support is delivered by the Australian Government Department of Human Services, works
with separated parents for the benefit of their children. This project is replacement of their Legacy
system with SAP system. SAP-Social Services is used in this project with SAP-CRM, SAP-BRF+ and
SAP-PSCD.

Areas I have worked on:

BRF+ related Work: Created Application, Rule, Rule set, Function, Decision table, Decision
Tree, formula, Procedural Call, Function call, DB look up, table operation Etc.

Roles:

1. Main role is to develop BRF+ application from scratch

2. Getting the Information from Client and preparing MOM for daily meeting with Client.
3. Development of Technical Design for BRF+ related objects.
4. Understanding the requirement from FD as project is from Scratch

Bilbao county is using SAP from a long time but for Tax collection wanted to implement SAP-
TRM.
Areas I have worked on:

FPM3), Payment posting (FPE1), Posting clearing (FPY1), BP CA CO, Configuring Tax form
in SPRO.

Description:
Revenue modernization project (RMP) for the Pennsylvania department of revenue is one of the
very few clients implementing SAP TRM /PSCD with BRF + Rule engine. This project is mainly
based on modernizing their existing system to a more advanced SAP system where Tax office and
Auditor can See ,modify submit and check the details of any Tax payer in the State whether is a
person or a corporation.

Areas I have worked on:

ABAP Related: Worked on basic SAP-ABAP Reports, Function Module, Interfaces,

Extensions, Classes, Object oriented ABAP, Debugging (of SAP standard generated Code) ,
Web Dynpro, ABAP, Spool, FQ Events etc.
 BRF+ related Work: Created Application, Rule, Rule set, Function, Decision table,
Decision Tree, formula, Procedural Call, Function call, DB look up, table operation Etc.
Submitted white paper document on BRF+ object Transport. Have extensive knowledge in
debugging BRF+ generated code and exceptional problem identifying ability.

4. During PPS resolved issues in BRF+ application which appeared after go live.

1. Post production support was totally handled by me so interacted with client directly for
the requirement and helped them to fix the BRF related issues for the whole post
production support.
2. Got the responsibility to groom my sub ordinates and teach them BRF+ and few of the
PSCD cycles like dunning, payment run, Taxpayer registration Etc.
3. Got the responsibility to create Technical Design for Tax Form.

Strong Point: Quick learner and problem solver with least supervision. Having ability to learn
the functionality very quick and fast.
