At the start of each academic year preferably first week of June before the
formal opening of the school year, the Dean calls for a meeting of the Subject
Coordinator for Mathematics and all concerned mathematics teachers to plan for the
implementation of the Instructional Program. Details of each activity are discussed and
preparations made as to who are to take charge and be responsible as well as other
concerns.
The Dean monitors the implementation and the subject coordinator makes a
report of the conduct of each activity.
