GENERAL PROVISIONS AND INTERNAL GUIDELINES OF THE TRAINING CENTER

SEASON: 2021

PRESENTATION:

Football is constantly evolving and for this reason our intention is to form a youth football
team to individually improve all aspects, both on a human and sporting level as well as on an
organizational and management level.

To achieve this, this guideline is issued, which systematically and concisely brings together
the entity that is intended in the formation of the Training Center: Objectives, attitudes, values and
standards that we want to transmit, characteristics of our teams, methodology, season planning,
evaluation criteria, competencies and obligations of staff, sanctions, disciplinary regime and our
work philosophy necessary to develop an extracurricular activity as popular in our society as
football.

We would like to emphasize that the activity we are going to develop is intended to be a
continuation of educational sport and that our main objective is the comprehensive training of the
children using a collective sport as a means to achieve this, assisted by highly trained teachers with
a great track record in professional football, which provides great support to implement in young
people the experiences acquired in practice as well as in moral and human terms.

WHY FOOTBALL?

 It is a sport widely practiced by young people, it is a natural sport and easy to learn.
 It is dynamic and entertaining: it promotes the development of physical fitness.
 The fact that it is a team sport favours the development of social relations and develops
personal attitudes, values and standards such as: (respect, cooperation, coexistence, etc.
etc…)
 It is a sport deeply rooted in our society-culture.
 Ease of practicing it in the environment: (facilities and extracurricular hours.)
 Possibility of participating in competitions. (Tournaments inside and outside the city).
OBJECTIVES FOR THE SEASON:

The objectives are aimed directly at the players who are part of the Training Centre, with the
aim of training people of integrity and responsible players on and off the field, who are supportive
and tolerant of differences, enthusiastic about teamwork and motivated in the face of difficulties that
may arise.

 Learn the technical, tactical and regulatory aspects of football at a basic level.
 Participate actively in the game, resolving offensive and defensive situations with an
acceptable level of execution and following the basic regulations of this sport.
 Participate in competitions in an educational way.
 To enhance the player's autonomy when carrying out activities related to this team sport
(individual training, strategies, understanding of both tactical and game system aspects,
technical exercises).
 Playing football in your spare time.
 Enjoy playing football with discipline (knowing how to win and lose)
 Accept your own possibilities and those of your colleagues.
 Show a sporting and tolerant attitude above the search for efficiency in individual and
collective performance.
 Respect your teammates, opponents, teachers and the sports environment under the moral
and educational standards that will be taught.

CLUB ATTITUDES, VALUES AND RULES:


To be a youth football institution that develops the largest number of children capable of competing
in any area of their lives, being disciplined, honest, responsible, orderly and having a winning
character.

ATTITUDES:

 Enjoy the sport itself.


 Create a climate of coexistence, integration and understanding.
 Assessment of sports practice as a source of recreation, health and happiness.
 Acceptance of the rules of the game and the results obtained.
 Victory and defeat must be attributed to personal and collective effort.
 Understanding and tolerance of mistakes made by referees, teammates or coaches.
 Individual security against mockery, discrimination and ridicule.

VALUES:

 Sportsmanship, nobility, perseverance, fighting spirit, sacrifice, cooperation, collaboration,


participation, camaraderie, respect, tolerance, understanding, acceptance, etc., etc.

RULES:

 Correct use of materials and facilities.


 Consolidation of hygiene, eating and hydration habits.
 Use the correct clothing for sports practice.
 Habit of punctuality in training and competitions.
 Practicing sports safely and with integrity to avoid injuries to yourself and your teammates.

PROCESS EVALUATION

At the end of the season, a general evaluation will be made of the objectives achieved and the
results obtained. Have the objectives planned at the beginning been met?

Coaches will continue to assess players without neglecting direct contact between parents and
coaches to resolve any type of problem that may arise.
FUNCTIONS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE TRAINING CENTER STAFF____________

Sports Director:

 Develop a program for the entire season.


 In the sporting aspect, he/she must structure and shape the work of the Training
Center.
 Choosing the coaches for the different categories
 He will be in charge of replacing the coaches if necessary.
 Supervise and coordinate the work of the coaches.
 Inform parents of training methods.
 Conduct technical meetings with coaches.
 Evaluate and rate the performance of coaches and their team.
 Be present at each team's competitions.
 Seek to promote the most outstanding players.
 Sanction coaches, players and parents if they do not comply with the regulations.

Coaches:

 Coaches must be on time for training, unless there is a force majeure, with prior
notice to the training center coordinator.
 He will be respectful and polite to the players, demanding respect for himself as
well and enforcing the rules.
 They will prepare the sessions in advance.
 They will closely monitor each player (technique, behavior, injuries, etc. etc.)
 It will be your responsibility to control the assigned sports equipment.
 You must be punctual in training and matches.
 You should be an example with your behavior and vocabulary.
 He will be the only person responsible for making technical decisions regarding the
team, movements, sanctions, changes, training times as long as they are
authorized by his sports coordinator.

Delegates:
The Delegate(s) are the legally authorized representatives of the Training Center before the league
or championships in which they participate, for which reason they must:

 Ensure the correct use of the facilities and equipment that will be used at the
training center.
 Always have respect for other delegates and be an example for the institution.
 Collect certificates, photographs and permission from parents to register the player
in the league and/or tournament in which he/she participates.
 Create a presentable file of each record for the Club's records.
 Take charge of the registration and registration of all players.
 Attend match scheduling meetings to inform the club about the times and locations
of each match.

Players:

In training:

 Attend all training sessions, even if it rains (unless expressly communicated by the
sports management), giving advance notice of your absence (except in the case of
force majeure).
 Arrive at the field well in advance to start training at the scheduled time.
 Respect and care for sports equipment.
 Respect your teammates and coaches.
 Do not bring valuables into the countryside. (The Training Center will not be
responsible for theft or loss of valuables on the training field or during matches).
 Follow the instructions of the technicians.
 Behave politely with the coach and teammates.

In the match:

 Arrive punctually at the time you are called for the game.
 Having had breakfast or lunch well in advance.
 Wear uniform correctly.
 Respect the facilities where the match will take place.
 Please notify in advance if you miss a match.
 Behave politely with opponents and the referee.
 Always attend friendly tournaments.
 Abide by the coach's technical decisions.
 Encourage your teammates.

The player of our soccer school must be aware that studies are the most important thing and make
an effort in their studies to get good grades. If the results are very bad and the family requests it, the
players may be set aside and not be taken into account in their respective teams until they improve
academically.
