Subject: Request for Permission to Organize an Excursion for Grade 10 Students.

Respected Ma'am,

We, the students of Class 10, are writing to request your kind permission to organize an
excursion for our batch. As most of us are in the final stages of our schooling, we believe that
this excursion will be an important opportunity for both academic and personal growth. We
understand that this year is a crucial one, with the upcoming board exams, but we feel that a
brief escape from the regular study routine will help us return refreshed, motivated, and ready to
face the challenges ahead.

An excursion provides a wide range of benefits that go beyond simple relaxation. First and
foremost,the upcoming board exams bring about significant stress and anxiety, and the chance
to participate in a fun and educational excursion will offer us some respite. This break will not
only help us relax but will also rejuvenate our minds, which is vital for maintaining focus and
motivation for the studies ahead.

Additionally, as we all know, the 10th grade is a defining year in our academic journey. Everyone
says that this is the one class where we can experience school life at its fullest, and we would
love to create lasting memories together as a batch.

The CBSE also recognizes the value of educational excursions, as they offer students a chance
to learn in an experiential manner. According to CBSE guidelines, excursions play a critical role
in providing students with opportunities for practical learning, social engagement, and personal
development outside the traditional classroom setting. Educational trips are a great way to
reinforce subjects we are studying, be it history, science, or geography, by offering real-world
exposure that goes beyond textbook learning.

In addition to the educational benefits, the excursion will also provide much-needed relief from
the pressures of the exam preparation, allowing us to de-stress and return to our studies with
renewed energy and enthusiasm. As a class, we are eager to take part in this event, and we
believe that it will play a significant role in making our 10th-grade experience even more
memorable and enriching.

The response from our classmates has been overwhelmingly positive, and many of us are
looking forward to this opportunity with great excitement. We humbly request your early
approval and support in organizing this excursion, as it will not only provide a valuable
