PART A: MICROSOFT WORD (30 MARKS)
1. Open a new Word document and then save the file as HOT Word (Your Name)

The COVID-19 pandemic is known as one of the biggest shocks with a remarkable impact on
economic, social, health, political and technological conditions worldwide. The disease has
spread to every continent and case numbers continue to rise and Malaysia is no exception. The
federal government implemented lockdown measures that includes stay-at-home orders,
banning outdoor activities including interstate travels, and shutting down all business except for
few designated essential services and the natural resource sectors which had brought negative
impacts on jobs, incomes, and livelihoods, disrupting supply chains and upending business
which are among the most vulnerable.
Therefore, to overcome the impact of COVID-19 on socioeconomic conditions among
Malaysians, the government and NGOs need to collaborate with the post-pandemic policies and
initiatives, such as providing constant support to enterprises, jobs, and incomes through
appropriate fiscal and monetary policies.
3. Write the title of “Socio-economic Differences in Response to the COVID-19 in Malaysia”
in 12-point Times New Roman and center the text

PART B: MICROSOFT POWERPOINT (30 MARKS)
1. Create a new blank PowerPoint presentation and save the file as HOT TEST
POWERPOINT (Your Name_Class/Group).
2. Add Slide #1 and choose the Title Slide Layout and put the title as “MENTAL HEALTH
AWARENESS CAMPAIGN 2023” and put your name and student ID in the subtitle.

3. Search for an appropriate image that will suit the theme “MENTAL HEALTH
AWARENESS” and insert the image nicely in Slide #1. Please make sure to remove the
background of the selected image.

4. Add Slide #2 with Two Content layout. Enter “Proposed Date, Duration, and Venue” in
the title section. Enter the information below in the left content section and insert an

OVERVIEW:
You are a marketing executive in Vaccinax Pharmaceutical Corporation. Using excel, you are
required to calculate sales for COVID-19 vaccines and present to your Chief Financial Officer
(CFO).
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Start Microsoft Excel and create a new workbook. Save the workbook as Hot Excel (Your
Full Name) (Group).
2. Enter the data given below into a worksheet.

3. Add a title to the table as “VACCINAX PHARMACEUTICAL CORPORATION” (title should
be merged and centered, using Title style, font size 24).

4. Add subtitle to the table as “SALES FOR COVID-19 VACCINES 2022” (subtitle should be
merged and centered, using Title style, font size 20).

5. Calculate Total Sales for each vaccine. Use Currency format RM and set to 2 decimal
