INTRO: Management’s job is to convey leadership’s message in a compelling ang inspiring

way. Not just in meetings, but also by example. Welcome to the 2 nd Tinambac South
District Management Committee Meeting. This serves as a forum for comprehensive
review and integration of inputs for all guidelines, policies, issuances and for surfacing
of issues affecting education in our district.

Let us now commence by paying our salutation to the National Flag with the singing
of the Philippine National Anthem and it will be followed by a prayer both to be
presented through an audio-visual presentation.

OPENING REMARKS

To kick-off today’s meeting, may I call on the principal II of Buenavista ES, Ma’am
Sandra A. Abelinde for the opening remarks. Let us welcome her with a warm round
of applause.

Thank you, Ma’am Sandra.

CHECKING OF ATTENDANCE

At this juncture, for us to know who are with us in this event, we have the presence of
the Project Development Officer of Tinambac Central School I, Ma’am Cathy
Caguimbal. A big hand please.

Thank you, Ma’am Cathy.

PRESENTATION OF AGENDA

Now, to present the agendas for today’s meeting, may I call on the Administrative
Officer II of Tinambac Central School I, Ma’am Nerissa A. Borebor. Let us give her a
warm round of applause.

Thank you, Ma’am Nerissa.

ENERGIZER

This time, let us have our energizer to boost our energy level for today’s session. May
I call on the Teacher-in-Charge of Camagong Elementary School, Ma’am Maria
Cristina D. Pado. Let’s get on our feet and dance along the music.

I hope your tired and bored cells in your body were triggered and activated with the
energizer and I guess we are ready to take on the challenges of today’s session.

MEETING PROPER

 BRIGADA ESKWELA, OPENING OF CLASSES, MATATAG UPDATES AND VACANCIES


o To discuss on the matters regarding brigada eskwela, opening of classes and matatag
updates and vacancies, let us welcome the principal II of Tinambac Central School I,
Ma’am Caridad B. Sales. Let us give her a big round of applause.
o Now, let us be all ears as Ma’am Gemma B. Garinga, Principal I of Bagacay
Elementary School, will discuss about the National Learning Camp.
o This time, we will proceed with the next topic which is CPD and Coordinatorship
Updates to be discussed by the Head Teacher I of Binalay Elementary School, Ma’am
Aiza T. Del Rosario.
o Now let’s have the DRRM Updates to be discussed by Sir Rey O. Asug, Teacher-in-
Charge of Caaluan Elementary School.
o To discuss about Property and Supplies Reports, may I call on Sir Aljon San Luis,
Administrative Officer II of Cagliliog Elementary School.
o At this juncture, may I call on Ma’am Cathy Caguimbal to discuss about the SBFP.

CLOSING

Good governance of schools cannot remain merely a philosophy. Concrete steps have to be taken for
realizing its goals. That ends our ManCom Meeting. Thank you everyone for your active participation
