Position Overview:
As the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will be a strategic partner to the leadership team of a rapidly
growing journey of Neutrinos. You will develop and lead the execution of Neutrinos’ human resources
strategy, with a strong focus on creating a high-performance culture that drives platform led
innovation, agility, and growth. You will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from talent
acquisition to organizational development, ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops top-
tier talent while fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership
• Develop and execute Neutrinos overall people strategy to align with business goals and
organizational growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on organizational design,
leadership, and workforce planning.
• Drive change management initiatives, enabling the company to adapt swiftly to market shifts
or evolving customer demands.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
• Lead efforts in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent, especially in key areas like
product development, sales, and customer success.
• Design recruitment strategies to ensure alignment with the company's values and growth
objectives.
• Enhance the company’s employer brand to position it as an industry-leading place to work.
3. Organizational Development & Culture
• Employee Engagement driving Neutrinos Platform & Proposition-based mindset & culture
• Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning,
innovation, and accountability.

4. Employee Engagement, Experience & Development
• Oversee the design and implementation of learning and development programs to ensure
employee growth and skill development, particularly in areas of technology, leadership, and
customer success.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and well-being through effective
compensation, rewards, and benefits programs.
• Create opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the
organization.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned with current regional laws and regulations and
support the business's needs.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards systems that are competitive within the market
and aligned with the company’s performance.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts with empathy and a solutions-driven
approach.

7. Data-Driven Decision Making
• Use HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions related to workforce planning, engagement,
retention, and performance.

adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Chief People Officer, VP of HR, or in a senior HR leadership role, ideally
within fast-growing Neutrinos environments.
• Deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within Neutrinos, particularly
as it relates to scaling operations and talent in tech-driven industries.
• Expertise in organizational development, leadership coaching, employee relations, and talent
acquisition.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to implement HR strategies that align with company-wide
business goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at
all levels.
• Strong understanding of region specific labour laws, compliance requirements, and HR best
practices.
• Experience leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s
degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
