Payment
The payment schedule is as follows:
The employee will be paid a total of $3,000.00 per month after successful
completion of work. Payment will be issued monthly via PayPal,
Payoneer, Transferwise, or bank transfer/wire transfer. Each
employee will be deemed to have completed work after writing at least 10
essays or articles every month.

Deadline
All work assigned generally have a turnaround time that varies based on the length of
the work assigned as so:

This is just a guideline; the ultimate deadline for every task will be agreed upon
between the owner and the service provider (employee) when the work is accepted.
If the work is returned after the agreed upon due date, and alternate arrangements
aren’t made beforehand, the employee will then have $20 deducted from their
compensation for each day the work is late.

COPYRIGHT
The Customer is legally allowed to refer to their (task) as his/her and owns any
and all rights to the (task) including all sales and distribution rights (if applicable).

Confidentiality/ Non-disclosure
Employee acknowledges and agrees that all information related to this project, including
without limitation, its content, writings, work product, audio tapes, notes and diagrams,
is of great value to Owner (“Confidential Information”). Accordingly, Employee agrees
not to divulge to anyone, either during or after the term of this Contract, any Confidential
Information obtained or developed by Employee while working on the Task and related
project. Upon expiration of this Contract, Employee agrees to deliver to Owner all
documents, papers, drawings, tabulations, reports, audiotapes, video tapes and similar
documentation and recording devices which are furnished to or produced by Employee
pursuant to this Contract. Upon the expiration or termination of this Contract, Employee
agrees to make no further use or utilization of any Confidential Information. Likewise,
Owner will accept sole responsibility and liability for the written contents of this project in
which he exclusively provides.
Employee agrees not to make copies of any information obtained during the course of
this contract either for third party or for personal use without the consent of the other
party.

Payments/Royalties
The employee is entitled to the amount of payment as stated above. The employee is
not entitled to any additional payments, commissions, or fees upon completion of the
(task) or at any time during the provision of the (task).

Credit: The credit is primarily given only to the owner and referred to as such.
All rights, title and interest in the following shall be the sole and exclusive property of
Owner, including:

(i) All materials, including but not limited to word files, power point presentations,
tapes, and completed manuscript, the completed project and/or other product
resulting from this effort;
(ii) The content of the subject matter of the Task provided by Owner; (iii) Any
ideas, works, documentation or notes conceived related to the Task;
(iv) All writings by Employee related to or associated with the Task; and
(v) All Employee’s work product related to the Task.

Assignment
To the extent that ownership of the items stated above do not automatically vest in
Owner, Employee hereby transfers and assigns to Owner all right, title and interest in
and to the same, whether or not copyright applications are filed thereon.

In the event that Owner is required to obtain Employee’s consent to register any U.S. or
foreign copyrights related to the Task, Employee shall provide her consent and transfer and
assign any of her interest as stated herein. The provisions of this section shall survive the
termination of this Contract.

Owner will enjoy absolute freedom to set the retail price of this Task and deal with any
publisher. Employee will have no say in setting the price of this Task.
Notices
All notices, request, demands pertaining to this contract shall be made in writing to the
party intended for, at his/her designated address or his/her approved representative
.Alternatively, such notices, demands or approval can also be delivered via registered
mail, postage prepaid, or telexed, telegraphed or telecopied.

Severability

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this contract shall not affect any
other provision hereof, but this contract shall be construed and enforced as if such
invalid or unenforceable provision was omitted.

Modifications
No part or portion of this contract shall be modified at any time except both parties
mutually consent to such which must be expressed in writing. Any part so modified
without an express contract in writing shall be invalid and of no effect.
Entire contract
This contract is the entire contract between the parties neither party has made
representation or promises to the other party that are not outlined in this contract.

Governing law
This contract shall be governed by the laws of Rhode Island where the company is
incorporated.
