My previous studies in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and the
unique skills I have developed through my work experience in teaching,
customer service, learning and development, and full-cycle recruitment
make me an excellent and potential prospect.
I have over 5 years of working experience in the education sector and
more than 12 years of experience in the BPO industry, being my last
position a Recruitment and Selection Manager. I believe the knowledge,
skills, go-getter attitude I have built up during this time make me a
perfect candidate.
I am confident that my proven track record of excellent work ethic,
unparalleled attention to details, high-quality work performance, and

I have gained broad experience in the Call Center Industry performing as a

Campaigns and other sorts of BPO agencies where I became a Customer Care
and Technical Support Specialist by learning how to handle a wide array of online
business and communication tools and platforms and got promoted to Tier2

credit card funding issues, payment processing, and credit/debit card approval
which allowed to boost communication skills and positive mindset towards
domestic and foreign clients.
Currently, I continue to boost my technical knowledge and skillset by studying
System Engineering in my hometown and enhancing my language skills as well.
I have over 15 years of English Teaching as a Foreign and Second language in
public and private schools and academies in Managua City and I love meeting both
native and non-native speakers of English and their cultures, beliefs, and points of
view of life, natural landscapes, rational water, energy management, and
consumption.
