knowledgeable about the healthcare sector.

 User friendly interface: Simplify User interface, for ease of use even for those with
limited digital skills
 Localization: Adapt the POS system to support local languages and currency (Kenya
shillings)
 Mobile and offline capabilities: Provide for capabilities compatible with mobile devices
and offline functionality to cater for areas with unreliable internet access

c) Tailored marketing and education:


 Industry-specific content: create marketing materials that highlight how POS systems
benefit pharmacies, Chemists and clinics
