ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Selection
Handling for in house requirement for Pan India Level.
Sourcing & Screening quality profiles through various job portals and Social Networking Sites &
Referrals etc. such as [Link], Linked-In, Employee Referrals.
Conducting preliminary telephonic discussions with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills
and aspirations.
Responsible for overall process of Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing, Scheduling Interviews, Negotiation,
Offering Offer Letter, etc., keep a track on selected candidates with joining date and updating to the
management.
Joining Formalities and Induction:
Sending intimation mails of all new employees to HODs, IT.
Completion of paper and online joining, documents
Responsible for drafting and issuing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters etc.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction for new joiners.
HR Operations & Generalist:
Drafting and issuing employment confirmation letters, promotion letters, increment letters.
Handling the payroll- Time record management, Attendance sheet and Salary preparation.
Handling Employee Database, Leave Management, Vendor Management.
