personnel, across ten geographies - AFRC’s largest independent group. The missions of these units encompass total cyber-operations:
combat communications; command & control of defensive cyber-operations (DCO) and DCO – Response Actions (DCO-RA);

Qualifications Training for cyber ops across eight weapons and dynamic support to authorized Offensive Cyber Operations. His

of systems (FoS) hardware, software network, data center. Developed solutions for ACC Detachment 4 for three AF Combatant HQ’s
disaster recovery/contingency operating plan (DR/COOP) location. Infused latest cloud techniques, Network Centric Enterprise
Services, Air Defense System Integration, and Tactical Datalink reqs ensuring DR/COOP mission success. Worked to reduce the
hardware footprint by implementing server virtualization and Infrastructure‐as‐a‐Service to the tactical edge providing access at the
point of need. Interfaced with AOC system program office and OSC customers providing technical assistance to improve
performance of the organization; program/project mgt, logistics mgt, project monitoring, data collection, and performance auditing.

Support to Civil Agencies (DSCA). Developed plans, participated in shaping unified command strategy and policy, and identified
Command requirements and programs. Incorporated National Guard & Reserve Force capabilities into NORAD/NORTHCOM

DCGS life cycle by providing technical assistance and advice services; efforts included: support to improved performance of the
organization; program/project management, logistics management, project monitoring and reporting, data collection, performance
auditing, administrative technical support. Ensured effective ops, maintenance, cyber defense of DCGS sites and associated systems
worldwide. Provided direct support to research, development, production, sustainment, integration, interoperability, configuration,
operations and/or maintenance of the AF-DCGS prg. Applied engineering principles to acquire, implement, design, and maintain an
integrated computer systems. Supported test and evaluation of AF-DCGS to assess capability and effectiveness.

Senior Program Manager, SPECTRUM


Managed $49.9M cost plus fixed fee contract, led 19 Spectrum employees and 23 sub-contractor personnel on Enterprise Design &
Development Engineering (EDDE) contract. EDDE completed only USAF live-fly infused research and development program! Led
all aspects of HQ ACC experimentation and innovation events for ACC A5/8/9. Managed $5M indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity
contract providing timely and complete engineering, technology evaluation, field execution, suitability reporting and technical test
support for B-1, B-2, B-52 and Long Range Strike bomber programs for the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center Det. 5.

Led a 75 person staff managing cyberspace, information technology infrastructure and knowledge operations support to 24,000
personnel. He served as the command's Chief Information Officer for fourteen Air Force-level nuclear command, control and
communications (NC3) systems supporting B-2, B-52 and Intercontinental Ballistic Missile operations. He also managed more than
1,700 command wide cyber personnel providing organization, training, and equipment guidance. In addition, he served as chief
architect for the Air Force Nuclear Deterrence Operations/Nuclear Command and Control Systems. He provided oversight on the
directorate’s $39M budget enabling personnel in two NAFs, six Wings, and four geographically separated units to execute

Led 115 personnel directly supporting 439th Airlift Wing strategic airlift msn. Responsible for air traffic control and landing systems
for Westover ARB and Niagara Falls NY ANGB, He was the first line of defense on all classified/unclassified network challenges for
a 5,500 person, joint community. Engineered and maintained Westover ARB’s communications – computer system network and
telephone infrastructure. In addition, base information management, information assurance, and future planning were his direct
responsibility. Under his command was the Massachusetts Joint Incident Site Comm. Capability (JISCC), a comm. bridge between
first responders from local, state, and federal agencies. Senior leader for Human Relations Developmental Committee, Mentoring
sub-committee. Earned 2011 & 2012 best comm. unit of 48 in Air Force Reserve Command awards. Squadron earned an

$6 million budget, seven system administration contracts, and maintained 1200+ units of automated data processing equipment that
utilized Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) associated software and hardware. Facilitated transition of Combined Air
Operations Center – Experimental (CAOC-X) to Air Force Transformation Center (AFC2TC). Lead design engineer for 10,000
square foot facility, that included five network enclaves and six network classifications covering voice, data, and video. Reconfigured
AFC2TC to facilitate Air Combat Command Battle Staff direct support of U.S. Central Command Air Forces combat operations in
both Iraq and Afghanistan while providing uninterrupted support of AOC and DGS weapon system spiral developments.

Director, Communications & Information Systems


Led directorate of 38 airmen, marines, sailors, soldiers, and contractors. Supported Intelligence mission, which conducted
interrogations, collected and exploited Intelligence, supporting U.S. military and international law enforcement ops worldwide.
