 Handled the Robotic application improvement at HMSI, SMIPL & HERO MOTO CORP for saving the
consumption of paint.

 Stabilized robotic application in tank line of Suzuki motor cycle and HERO MOTO CORP.

 Increased the DFT of paint, reduced man power and cost saving by reducing the consumption of
paint.

 Dust control activity to increase DPR on line.

 Participated in Bath charging of E.D. paint in Paint shop at HONDA Motorcycles (HMSI) and SUZUKI

 Streamlined different shades on different lines.

 Established a new plant for a bike model and stabilized the painting lines to meet required
