RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR THE CONFIRMATION / ADOPTION OF THE BARANGAY ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN 2018

WHEREAS, these body had formulated the Barangay Annual Investment Plan for 2024;
WHEREAS, the proposed projects / programs are priority needs of the barangay;
WHEREAS, these proposed projects / programs are supportive to the plans / programs of the municipal,
provincial as well as the national government.
NOW THREFORE, on motion of Kgd. Mamnuel R. Pineda, duly seconded by all members present, be it;
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request the Sangguniang Barangay to confirm/ adopt the proposed
Barangay Annual Investment Plan for 2024; in its entirely;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copies of this resolution must be forwarded to the office of the Mayor, Hon. Ramon V. Guico III,

Sangguniang Bayan Member thru Hon. Melicio F. Patague II, MPDC Engr. Elizabeth Aquino, Municipal Budget Officer Mr. David A. Madrid, Municipal

RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BARANGAY ANNUAL INVESMENT PLAN 2025

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development formulated and indorsed the Barangay Annual Investment Plan 2025 to the
Sangguniang Barangay for adoption;
WHEREAS,upon review, it was found out that the proposed projects / programs are priority needs of the barangay;
WHEREAS, furthermore, the proposed projects / programs are supportive to the plans / programs of the municipal,
provincial as well as the national government.

NOW THREFORE, on motion of Kgd.Manuel R. Pineda duly seconded by all members present, be it;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, approve the adoption of the Barangay Annual Investment Plan 2018 in its entirety;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copies of this resolution must be forwarded to the office of the mayor, Hon. Ramon V. Guico III,
