 For End Semester Examination (ESE 60 marks, 3 Hrs Exam):
There will be two group of question. Group A is compulsory which will contain
three questions. Question No. 1 will be very short answer type consisting of five
questions of 1 mark each. Question No. 2 & 3 will be short answer type of 5 marks.
Group B will contain descriptive type five question of fifteen (15) marks each, out
of which any three are to answer.
 For End Semester Examination (ESE 75 marks, 3 Hrs Exam):
There will be two group of questions. Group A is compulsory which will contain
three questions. Question No. 1 will be very short answer type consisting of five
questions of 1 mark each. Question No. 2 & 3 will be short answer type of 5 marks.
Group B will contain descriptive type six questions of fifteen (15) marks each, out
of which any four are to answer.

FOUNDATION OF SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY

Learning Outcomes:
 Understanding the basic social psychological concepts and familiarize with relevant
methods.
 Understanding the applications of social psychology to social issues like gender,
environment, health, intergroup conflicts, etc.
 Developing skills pertaining to mapping of social reality and understanding how people
evaluate social situations.
 Familiarizing with the concepts of social affect and affective processes including
people’s harming and helping behaviours.
 Developing an understanding pertaining to social influence processes particularly the
influence of others on individual behaviour and performance.
