GENERAL GUIDELINES:

1. Players should attend the parade and oath taking during the opening. (no first
game).
2. Players are officially enrolled this SY 2023-2024.
3. UNIFORMS
All players must have an official team uniform during game time. T-shirts
with numbers written in markers spray-paint or tapes are not acceptable.
4. There shall be checking of athletes by the tournament manager 15 minutes
before the game start.
5. Teams are not allowed to fill in players who are not listed in the official entry.
6. Changing of players will not be accepted after the screening.
7. The team will only be given 15 minutes after the official schedule of the game
before they will be considered default. (schedule of the game must be strictly
followed)
8. Player’s must be at the venue at least 15 min. before the schedule of the game to
avoid default. ( schedule must be strictly followed)
9. No ID, No play

System of tournament:

1. System of Tournament to be used for four participating teams is a double


elimination system. (twice to bet ).
2. Drawing of lots shall be administered for matching purposes.

CONDUCT

- If possible, avoid hard body contact (for basketball).

- spitting on the court is strictly prohibited

- Use of vulgar expressions including howling is discouraged

- To file complaints, make sure that it is in written form and duly addressed to
proper authorities. For volleyball; for volleyball, table tennis; game is played on a two
out of three sets. For championship it must be 3 out of 5 to be declared champion.

For other indoor game; game must be played in 2 out of 3 sets up to the championship
round.
