 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Training Coverage
This training is applicable exclusively for Remote Pilot Certification
(RPC). Any sector-specific training will be discussed separately and
mutually agreed upon before conducting such courses.

2. Refundable Deposit (Applicable if Proposal 2 is Chosen)

If the College/Organisation opts for Proposal 2, the refundable deposit
will be returned after 10 years upon completion of the tenure of the
Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO).
If the College/Organisation wishes to renew the RPTO license after the
10-year period, the deposit will be extended for another 10-year
tenure, subject to:
Any additional payments required at the time of renewal will be
communicated in advance.
Renewal fees may vary according to government norms applicable at
the time of renewal.

3. Training Fee Revision

The fee charged to candidates for training will be reviewed and revised
every 3 years from the date of RPTO approval to align with industry
standards and requirements.
The decision regarding fee revision will rest with FLYTUTOR. The agreed
percentage distribution between the College/Organisation and
FLYTUTOR will remain unchanged.

4. Process Initiation
Upon mutual acceptance of the proposal and signing of the
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), followed by the transfer of
the agreed amount to FLYTUTOR, the process of setting up the RPTO at
the College/Organisation premises will commence.

These terms and conditions form the basis of the agreement and ensure

The deposit will be held by FLYTUTOR for a tenure of 10 years.

The refundable deposit will be returned to the College/Organisation
after the completion of the 10-year tenure, provided all contractual
obligations are fulfilled by both parties.
If the College/Organisation wishes to renew the RPTO license after
10 years, the refundable deposit will be extended for another 10-
year period, subject to any additional payments or government
regulations applicable at the time of renewal.
Any additional payments required for renewal will be
communicated in advance. Renewal fees may vary in accordance
with government norms at the time of renewal.

3. Tenure Extension:
If the College/Organisation opts to renew the RPTO license after 10
years, the same deposit can be carried forward for another 10-year
tenure, pending mutual agreement and adherence to renewal
terms.
 4. No Immediate Cost of Renewal:
The College/Organisation will not incur any immediate costs for
renewal apart from possible adjustments as required by future
industry standards or government regulations.

In essence, Proposal 2 offers a long-term partnership between FLYTUTOR and

the College/Organisation with the guarantee of a refundable deposit at the
end of a 10-year cycle, with an option for renewal under similar terms. The idea
is to secure the financial commitment of the College/Organisation while
ensuring FLYTUTOR's ongoing collaboration in setting up and maintaining the
RPTO.

Proposal 3: No Deposit, Fee-Based Agreement for RPTO students training.

The cost for providing the training includes equipment, and
administrative support, will be covered by the training provided to
the students.
This fee will include the training and certification processes for the
RPTO.

3. Revenue Share/Commission Structure:

The College/Organisation and FLYTUTOR will enter into a revenue-
sharing agreement. This means a percentage of the training fees
charged to candidates will be shared between both parties.
The agreed percentage split will remain fixed for the tenure of the
agreement.
FLYTUTOR will be responsible for managing and revising the
candidate fees every 3 years, as per industry standards and the
needs of the market.
 4. RPTO Training Process:
Once both parties agree and sign the Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU), and the initial payment (as per the agreed
terms) is transferred to FLYTUTOR, the process for training the
students from college/organisation will begin.
The College/Organisation will provide the necessary count of
students and support to house the RPTO, while FLYTUTOR will
manage the technical setup, training curriculum, and certification
processes.

5. Operational Responsibility:
FLYTUTOR will provide continuous support in terms of curriculum
updates, instructor training, and technical guidance, while the
College/Organisation will oversee the students.
The cost of equipment upgrades or additional resources will be
borne by FLYTUTOR, depending on the nature of the agreement.

6. Duration and Renewal:

The duration of the agreement under Proposal 3 will be for 5 years
initially, which can be extended on mutual basis agreed by both
parties.
At the end of the tenure, the College/Organisation can choose to
renew the term, with potential adjustments in fees and terms as per
government norms and industry changes at that time.
