LETTER OF UNDERTAKING

This Letter of Undertaking dated 8th December, 2024 executed by


S.O Present Address: House-16, Lane-1, Block-B, Section-6, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216,
Permanent Address: House-16, Lane-1, Block-B, Section-6, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216
hereinafter called the employee in favor of the South Bangla Agriculture And
Commerce Bank Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1994, hereinafter
referred to as the Bank.

Whereas the Bank has been pleased to offer an appointment to the employee as
Management Trainee Officer (MTO) of the Bank.

AND whereas the employee has accepted and agreed to serve the Bank for at least 04
(four) years and also agreed to execute this Letter of Undertaking indemnifying the
Bank upon terms and conditions hereinafter stated.

(i) The employee, in consideration of offering employment and employing his hereby
undertakes and binds himself to serve the Bank for at least a period of 04 (four)
continuous years from the date of joining of his service in the Bank.

(ii) The employee further agrees that he will not on any account and of his own
accord, discontinue, give up or abandon the services of the Bank before the said
period of 04 (four) years unless the Bank removes/discharges/terminates/dismisses
his or decides otherwise as may deem fit by the Bank.

(iii) The employee further undertakes and binds himself to forthwith make good and
pay to the Bank 50% of the entire Basic Pay drawn by his during the period of his
service if he leaves/quits the job before completion of 04 (four) years of service.
