increasing happiness, promoting relaxation, or improving focus, music has a big impact on our

real-life settings and research. Looking at its benefits and some of its limitations, it is clear that
song can be a useful tool for improving both mood and work performance.
Music affects feelings and thinking at the same time. When you focus on a song you
want, it releases dopamine in your mind, a chemical that makes you happy. The Cleveland Clinic
explains that the track can ignite special parts of the mind, such as those responsible for memory
and feelings, allowing for improved recognition and motivation ("How Music Affects Your
Brain"). This shows why a song can enhance your experience or help you listen, rely on the state
of things.
