DECLARATION OF NULLITY OF MARRIAGE

The Humble Petition of the Petitioner Above-Named

1. The Petitioner and Respondent are Hindus and are governed by the Hindu Marriage
Act, 1955.
2. The marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent was solemnized on [Date] at
[Place of Marriage], according to Hindu rites and ceremonies.
3. The Petitioner states that the marriage is void as per Section 11 of the Hindu Marriage
