NO. 23 Series of 2024

A RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH THE APPOINTMENT OF


NOEL E. ABROGAR, ROLANDO A. ABIQUE, SANDRIX A. ORBONG AS
BARANGAY TANOD OF BARANGAY SAN JUAN, STA. RITA SAMAR

WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 394, of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise


known as the Local Government Code of 1991, the Punong Barangay shall appoint
the Barangay Secretary with the concurrence of the majority of all the members of
the Sangguniang Barangay;

WHEREAS, the Punong Barangay has Appointed NOEL E. ABROGAR,


ROLANDO A. ABIQUE, SANDRIX A. ORBONG as Barangay Tanod of Barangay
San Juan Sta. Rita Samar effective immediately;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved to concur with


the appointment of NOEL E. ABROGAR, ROLANDO A. ABIQUE, SANDRIX A.
ORBONG as Barangay Tanod effective upon approval of this Resolution;

BE IT RESOLVE FINALLY that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to all


concerned for their information ang guidance.

APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Sangguniang Barangay this 15 th day of


June, 2023 at Barangay San Juan Sta. Rita Samar.
