1.1 INTRODUCTION
This document describes the new Maintenance release [Link] 1.13.2 with updated
packages for Matrix 220/320(X/XP), Matrix 120 and Blade 100/200.

1.2 DESCRIPTION & MODELS SUPPORTED
This software distribution includes:
• [Link]™ User Interface release [Link]
• The following packages for a firmware upgrade:
o Firmware packages release 1.13.2_blade.60 for Blade 100, Blade 200
o Firmware packages release [Link] for Matrix 220/220X/220XP, Matrix
320/320X/M320XP-2Mp-LQL/STS320/ STS320X
o Firmware packages release [Link] for Matrix 120
o Firmware packages release [Link] for all other models Matrix
210N/300N/410N/XRF410N/M450N
Previous [Link] versions compatibility: The [Link] 1.13.1 UI is fully
backward compatible with devices running [Link] 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4.x,1.5.x,
1.6.x, 1.7.x, 1.8.x, 1.9.x, 1.11.x, 1.12.x, 1.13.x and their configurations. It is not strictly
necessary to upgrade devices FW version. It is needed only if the improvements of this
release are needed for the specific device.
Version compatibility within synchro cluster: It is always better to have a synchro
cluster with [Link] devices running the same SW version. Moreover a unit running
[Link] 1.5.x or 1.4.x cannot be connected as a slave in a cluster where the master
version is lower than [Link] 1.2.0 Beta3.
1.3 NEW FEATURES & IMPROVEMENTS
GUI [Link]
• new interface layout
• support for “Spring” Autosetup feature for M220X DPM devices.
• new embedded packages and simulator

• allow Laser to be master in ID-Net cluster with blade slave devices
• implement a way to allow Blade (or Matrix) devices to transmit output messages to
SC4000 in Cluster Synchronized mode

• integrate new VL version [Link]
• enable DPM Autosetup (“Spring”) only for Matrix IMX models and modify Xpress
automatic setup to use new DPM algorithm (instead of standard one) on M220X DPM
models
• promote M220/320X to M220/320XP performance level

• updated VL version to [Link]
1.4 CHANGES AND FIXES
GUI [Link]
• fixed: [Link] interface crashes on window resizing attempt on Window 10 IOT
Firmware 1.13.2_blade.60
• fixed: after some hours of operation in one shot the replies of the readers become
very slow
• fixed; IP Address is not restored at factory default
• fixed: IP Address is not changed using [Link] Settings menu
Firmware [Link]
• fixed: after some hours of operation in one shot the replies of the readers become
very slow
• fixed: [Link] Autosetup prints the same code multiple times when "Max Expected
Codes" is greater than one in the "Code Collection"
• fixed: MSI codes not readable
• fixed: slave reader application crashes when transmitting a lengthy barcode content
to master reader
• fixed: in Matrix 320X the physical encoder reading does not work after a reboot

• decreased SLMP recv timeout
• fixed SLMP tx/rx buffer overflow
