Instructions to Students

The attached Tableau Assignment 01_Data.xlsx data file talks about a fictitious company and
its HR data set contains names, DOBs, age, gender, marital status, date of hire, reasons for
termination, department, whether they are active or terminated, position title, pay rate, manager
name, and performance score.

Create a Dashboard to include Visuals that answer the following questions:

2. What is the overall diversity profile of the organization?
3. What are the best recruiting sources if the company wants to ensure a diverse
workforce in the organization?

5. Are there areas of the company where pay is not equitable?
