WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Francisco, Bula,

Camaries Sur aims to enhance the competencies and proficiency in
performing the mandated tasks and responsibilities and to increase
transparency, improve process management and deliver service
excellence to our community;
WHEREAS, the Sangguninag Kabataan decide to authorized the Brgy. Treasurer
to purchase One unit Laptop and printer that would help us in
making transactions, documentation and presentations;
WHEREAS, the said office equipment would also certainly of great help so that
we could not find hardship to sort data which fasten the manual
works specifically processing paper works and storing documents .
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. SK Kagawad JOMEL F. VILLAGRACIA,
duly seconded by all Members present, it was,
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to authorize the Brgy. Treasurer Mrs.
Maricel O. Barbero to purchase Laptop and Printer.
RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this foregoing resolution all offices
concerned and other agencies for their information, guidance and
immediate action.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Francisco, Bula,

Camarines Sur, wants to help the people in this barangay that is very much
affected by typhoon “ROLLY” and “ULYSSES”. It has destroyed houses and
almost all of its people’s source of income in farming.
WHEREAS, it would be a great help for the people by giving relief goods.
WHEREFORE, on the motion of Hon. SK Kagawad JOMARI O. BARBERO, duly
seconded by all Members present, it was
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolves, to utilize and re-align the budget for Lingo
ng Kabataan and to authorize the barangay Treasurer Mrs. Maricel O. Barbero to
withdraw and purchase relief Goods.

under SOCIAL INCLUSION AND EQUITY.

WHEREAS, the Sangguninag Kabataan decide to authorized the Brgy. Treasurer to

purchase ITEMS to be distributed to identified PWD’s of Barangay San
Francisco as a gift for them.

WHEREFORE: On motion presented by SK Kagawad JOMEL F. VILLAGRACIA and it was

duly seconded by SK Kagawad JAY-AR V. DAYANAN, be it;

RESOLVED: As it is hereby resolved approving and authorizing the Barangay Treasurer to

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Francisco, Bula, Camaries Sur have
programs, plan and activities and one of this is the program for students that are
officially enrolled in junior high school of this barangay.

WHEREAS, the Sangguninag Kabataan wants to give assistance for those students in junior high
school by providing school supplies, which can be a great help for their school
needs.
WHEREAS, the Sangguninag Kabataan decide to authorized the Brgy. Treasurer to purchase
school supplies to be distributed to junior high school of Barangay San Francisco.

RESOLUTION NO. 006

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SK ANNUAL APPROPRIATION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2023,
UTILIZING AVAILABLE RESOURCES TO THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED NINETY-ONE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-THREE PESOS AND 30/100 (₱291,593.30) ONLY.

WHEREAS, the Republic Act 10742,or the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Reform Act of 2015, under
Chapter II Sec. 8 (b) states that “Approve the Annual budget which is the annual slice of of the
Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program before the start of the preceding fiscal year, and, if the
Sangguniang Kabataan allows a supplemental budget”.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan, with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan of Barangay
San Francisco, Bula drafted and approved a Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan for 2023-
2025,last February 26, 2023.

WHEREAS, this body adheres to the provisions and requirements stated in the Republic Act 10742,DBM-
DILG- NYC Joint Memorandum Circular No.1,s.2019 and all other persistent laws and regulations.;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion presented by, JAY-AR V. DAYANAN and duly seconded by All present
Sangguniang Kabataan members;

BE IT RESOLVED; as the body hereby resolved,RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SK ANNUAL

RESOLUTION TO ALLOCATE AND UTILIZE THE BUDGET FROM 10 % SK FUND MOOE FOR THE
MONTHLY PAYMENT OF SK WIFI INTERNET BILL, AMOUNTING TO THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
ONLY (₱ 30,000.00).

WHEREAS, In this time of pandemic, people are not allowed to go out and conduct meetings,gatherings
and occasions. We need a wireless technology to used to connect computers,tablets, smartphones and
other devices to internet to conduct meetings and such,

WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Kabataan Officilas decides to purchased WIFI for internet connections.

WHEREAS, In this time of pandemic WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION is very much needed.

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion presented by, JAY-AR DAYANAN and duly seconded by BERNADITH A.
BAGAPORO so be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby done to Allocate budget for SK WIFI INTERNET BILL amounting to Two
thousand five hundred pesos only (₱ 2,500.00) as monthly payment with a total of Thirty thousand pesos ( ₱
30,000.00) annually.

RESOLVED FURTHER and FINALLY, to furnish a copy of this resolution to the office of the Municipal
Accounting Office and Municipal Budget Office of the Municipality of Bula, Province of Camarines Sur for
