“Some people believe football is a matter of life and death; I am very disappointed with
that attitude. I can assure you it is much, much more important than that”. (Bill Shankly). As
everyone who knows me, I am obsessed with football. In addition, some people told me that
should be soccer in north America, but I still do not understand how a game the ball playing
with ball by hand can be called “football”. The first time I played football with team in China
was seven years ago that change my life and bring about many things on me.
To be honest, my psychological type is introversive, which means I always prudency with
others. I was studied in Huimin high school, which is a youth foundation of a football club, so
there are lots of boys playing football well, I was exposed to impacted by (this is a
vocabulary in textbook) them and have been playing football since that summer. Football
made me get more good friends and provided encourage the confident of myself. Every
single second I played with ball was pleasant and comfortable, when I was running on the
pitch, I felt the speed of wind. The summer of 2010 was significant for me, I was playing
football on PE class with my classmates, who are Sun and Wang, they my best friend.
While we were making a talented team pass to push the ball gradually into opponent ground,
subsequently, I was run to a space where which does not have defender,. Ttherefore Sun
saw me and passed a through ball outpacing ? the defence that was a great chance for
goal. Immediately, I was coolly finishing with a powerful shot. Then many crucial things
happened.
It was a perfect teamwork goal also was a beautiful shot, however that ball was too fast
and forceful which crossed incomplete net, at that moment, there were three girls were
walking behind the door, at the same time when I was ready for celebrate, it hit one girl’s
shoulder. While she was talking with her friends and completely unaware of the ball flying to
her. Then she tumbled on the ground after she had been hit by my ball. Meanwhile, that was
a blank moment which I have never met. At that time, it frightens me can not thinking and
depressed felling full of my sentiment heart, shortly after Sun noticed me to check and make
an apology with that girl. Then I walked with many regrets to apologize my fault, she was
fulling in scare and then I hugged her lightly and kindly asked to go to infirmary. Fortunately,
she was not injured at all, but the story between me and her just begin.
Two months later, I played football at the pitch as usual; however, I have an audience
which is that girl was hit by my ball, even the best scriptwriter can not imagine, she became
my girlfriend. To be honest, when I saw her eyes I found myself inside was attracted to her.
After that, I was thinking about her every day, in addition I decided to pursue her and I made
it. I still remembered that night, we went to theatre for <Now You See Me>, after movie I took
her home. Eventually, at the last corner of that way, I asked her to be my girlfriend. As the
best answer, I have imagined before asked her, she conferred me. In short, football really
changed me a lots.
In conclusion, in my opinion, the best time of myself is playing football on the pitch with
my friends, especially there were was a lovely girl watching on me. Football possesses half
of my heart and she became the other half, that might be the reason inspired of my life
which was a little monotonous, but I do not regret have never regretted to fall in this amazing
sport. Football changed lots of things, and I felt gratitude grateful the time spending with it.
