MyCabinet User Study
Objective
Qualitative data was obtained from MyCabinet users who were invited to interact with the
platform. The objective was to gain insight into the opinions, attitudes, and experiences of
the participants with respect to MyCabinet’s user experience, visual appeal, features, and
propensity for long-term usage.
Key Findings
● 100% of users were satisfied with the design and visual appeal of MyCabinet. More
specifically, 75% of these users rated it as ‘extremely satisfied’
● 100% of users say they are likely to utilize MyCabinet for the long-term. More
specifically, 50% of these users said they were ‘extremely likely’
● 84% of users were satisfied or extremely satisfied with the overall user experience
● 92% of users would recommend the platform to family and friends
● 62% of users would use MyCabinet on an ‘as-needed’ basis, while the remainder would
use it more frequently on a regimented schedule (i.e. daily, weekly, etc.)
● Users would use the current or future MyCabinet features, as follows:
○ 92% to store all medications in one place
○ 75% to manage medications for themselves or loved ones
○ 67% to view drug interactions
○ 58% to set reminders for medications
○ 58% to refill medications directly from cabinet
○ 58% to reference medications for doctor or hospital visits
○ 42% to archive old medications for future reference
○ 25% to share their own cabinet and health information with loved ones
○ 33% to upload and store health documents (i.e. imaging/lab results)
