Tips for the Best Learning Experience

• Many students find it helpful to use the NOTES tab on the side bar to follow along with the
module audio.

• It is recommended that you have Noteset Volume II available as you view each module. The
instructor frequently refers back to the standards, offering page numbers for your reference.

• Each module includes a RESOURCE tab which includes a note set for the module and links to
additional information. These include whitepapers, web articles, videos, blog posts and more.

• The Note set in each module can be used as a study guide to prepare for the certificate exam.

• In addition to the RESOURCE tab, each module includes a MENU tab which will allow you to visit
a specific slide.

• A follow up assignment is included at the end of each module which provides you with the
opportunity to explore topics in more depth.
