the sake of writing.

are l iving i t.

Use SMART Goals

METHODS OF VISION SETTING
CLEAR SELF DOUBT: Whatever the methods
are required, You know i t already. You are
not just ready to make that kind of
sacrifices. You are fearful “What i f i t
Failed”, etc.

EXPLORE THE OPTIONS: Do research on

how your organization can achieve your
vision. How others have done i t? What are
the options available?

ANALYZE THE OPTIONS: For every option

shortlisted, do a SWOT analysis. Select the
best options which match your core values,
interests & Skill.

team, process, sales.

Team/ Competition), Process (
Model/ Industry) and Customer (
Attraction/ Retention/ Optimization).

DO ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS: Most of the

t ime, what reason we think i t ' s not the
actual reason. Real reason falls way below
the actual reason.

5 THINGS TO NOT DO IN
VISION SETTINGS
DON' T BREAK THE CHAIN: Consistency is the
most important aspect in achieving any goal.
Once you start you must not stop doing i t at
all.

DON' T SET GOALS TOO HIGH: As a rule,

Goals Must be realistic and attainable. Once
you set a very high goal, your subconscious
mind don’ t perceive as a reality.

DON' T SET GOALS TOO LOW: If your goals are

within your comfort zone, Most l ikely you will
keep doing what you are doing, not chance of
improvement.

NEVER START WITH TRACKING SYSTEM: You

would have never studied, i f there was not
examination system.

DON' T OPERATE IN OLD ENVIRONMENT: Your

environment is more powerful than your will

you must change the environment.

delegate. It ' s habit, i f you don’ t have now,
how you can have i t next t ime. Start
delegating small stuff. Develop habit.

Most Important Task ( MIT): Your priority

should not govern priorities. Focus On 3
Most Important Task ( MIT) only in a day.

Schedul ing: Schedule your calls/ Meetings

in Advance. Set Finish deadlines before
you start the call/ meetings.

MORNING ROUTINE

additional 2 Hours every day with you which
is equal to addition 1 Week.

Exercise: You body must support you when

that exercise releases endorphins which
brings positive vibes & reduces stress.

Aff irmat ions: You have to power to attract

subconscious mind to that frequency.

CHANGE WHAT YOU CONSUME: What you
consume, consumes you. Change what you
eat. ( Healthy V/ s Junk), Change what you
see.
WORK EXECUTION STRATEGY

MIT: There are always more good ideas

i f completed, will contribute to your goals.

PARKINSON' S LAW: Don’ t take extra t ime
