Opening & Entrance of the Procession:

Assalam o alaikum and a very warm welcome to all our esteemed guests, respected
faculty, proud parents, and dear students. My name is zubaida noor and I have the
honor of serving as a lecturer at Government girls degree college quarry road. It is
my privilege to be your host for today as we celebrate this historic and momentous
occasion-the first ever convocation of our college. It is a day of pride, a celebration
of dedication and achievement, not only for our graduates but for all of us.

Now, it is my honor to announce the entrance of our esteemed procession. Please


join me in welcoming our distinguished guests:

1. The Honorable Governor of Balochistan


2. The Minister of Education,
3. The vice chancellor of University of Balochistan
4. The Secretary of Education
5. The Director of Education
6. The esteemed principals of male and female colleges

Welcoming the Procession:


We warmly welcome you all to this momentous occasion. Your presence adds
grandeur and inspiration to our event, and we thank you for gracing us with your
time and support.

May I humbly request the honorable Governor of Balochistan Mr Sheikh Jaffar


khan Mandokhail to grant us permission to commence the ceremony?

Introduction of Chief Guests:


I would now like to take a moment to introduce the distinguished guests gracing us
with their presence today.
First, it is my great honor to introduce the Governor of Balochistan, Sheikh Jaffar
Khan Mandokhail. A distinguished political leader, Sheikh Jaffar has devoted his
career to the service of our province, tirelessly advocating for the advancement of
education, health, and infrastructure. His visionary approach and unwavering
commitment to the betterment of Balochistan serve as a beacon of hope and
inspiration for us all. Today, as we celebrate the remarkable achievements of our
graduates, we are truly privileged to have his esteemed leadership and guidance
gracing this occasion.
Next, I am honored to introduce the Minister of Education, Ms. Raheela Hameed
Khan Durrani, a remarkable leader and pioneer. From a young age, she has been a
passionate student activist, defying societal norms and inspiring others through her
social and political engagement, a remarkable achievement in a conservative
society. Her journey is one of resilience, courage, and dedication. Ms. 9 not only
shattered stereotypes but also set a powerful example for young people across
Balochistan at a time when female political activism was unthinkable. Our
province is truly fortunate to have such a learned and capable individual guiding us
toward a brighter future.The Vice Chancellor of Balochistan University, an
esteemed academic figure whose commitment to higher education is shaping our
future.
Also, I would like to introduce the Vice Chancellor of the University of
Balochistan, Mr. Zahoor Ahmed Bazai. A distinguished academic and
administrator, Mr. Bazai has significantly impacted higher education in our region.
His leadership has fostered a culture of research and academic excellence at the
University of Balochistan, making it a vital hub of knowledge and innovation. We
are honored to have him with us today, as he supports the next generation of
scholars.

Moreover, Our respected Secretary of Education and Director of Education, whose


guidance strengthens our educational institutions.

And, of course, the principals of male and female colleges who play vital roles in
shaping young minds.

Achievements of the First-Ever Convocation:

Today’s convocation is a milestone in our college’s journey, marking years of hard


work, dedication, and success by our faculty, students, and administration. Our
graduates stand ready to contribute to society with knowledge, skills, and a
commitment to excellence.

Principal’s Address:

Now, it is my honor to invite our respected principal, Madam Shereen Gul Kakar,
to share her thoughts and officially welcome you all to this convocation.
Thank you, Madam Shereen Gul Kakar, for your inspiring words.

Now, I am pleased to invite the Honorable Governor of Balochistan Mr Sheikh


Jaffar khan Mandokhail to address our gathering and share his valuable insights
and guidance with us.

Oath taking

Ladies and Gentlemen, we now approach a moment of profound significance in


our ceremony. Today, as we celebrate the accomplishments of our graduates, we
also acknowledge the responsibilities they are about to embrace. We invite all
graduates to rise and participate in the Oath of Commitment, pledging to use their
education and skills in the service of society, fostering peace, harmony, and the
betterment of our communities.

Graduates, please stand and repeat after me as you take this oath.

Oath-Taking Script for Graduates:

“I, [Your Name], as a proud graduate of the Government Girls Degree college
Quarry road, Quetta, do solemnly pledge to uphold the values of honesty and

Distribution of Degrees.

Now, we come to the core of our celebration: the awarding of degrees to our
graduates.
It is now my privilege to invite our esteemed chief guest, the honorable Governor
of Balochistan, Mr sheikh Jaffar khan Mandokhail, to present degrees to our
graduates. We are deeply grateful for your presence, sir, as we celebrate the
achievements of these students.

it is my pleasure to hand over the microphone to Miss Zara, who will announce the
names of our graduates in alphabetical order.
Graduates, as your name is called, please come forward to receive your degree.
Ladies and gentlemen, please join me in welcoming Miss Zara to the podium

Congratulations to all our graduates! We are proud of your accomplishments. Now,


it’s time to honor our gold medalists who have achieved the highest academic
distinction in their respective departments. Please come forward as I call your

Minister of Education’s Address:
Now, it is with great anticipation and respect that I invite the Honorable Minister of
Education, Ms. Rahila Hameed khan Durrani, to share her message of
encouragement and vision for our academic community. We are eager to hear from
her, as she represents a beacon of hope and progress in our educational landscape
Thank you, Honorable Minister Rahila Durrani, for your insightful words. We have
full confidence that you will fulfill your commitments and lead us toward a
brighter future.

Secretary colleges Address

Now, I have the honor of inviting the Secretary of Colleges to address this
gathering. Sir, we are eager to hear your perspective and reflections on the
achievements of our graduates and the future of education in our province. Please,
the stage is yours.

VC’s Address
Next, I am pleased to invite the Vice Chancellor of Balochistan, Mr Zahoor Ahmed
Bazai, an esteemed educationist and administrator at the largest university in the
region, to share his valuable insights with us. Please join me in welcoming him to
address the audience.

Thank you, sir, for your encouraging address. And with that, we come to the end of
our ceremony. Congratulations once again to our graduates and their families for
this achievement.

I kindly request everyone to please remain seated as our chief guests exit the hall.
The honored guests will proceed to the conference room for refreshments.
Dear parents and students, please remain seated in the hall as you will receive your
lunch boxes at your seats.
Faculty and staff are requested to proceed to the library for refreshments.
