Assalam o alaikum and a very warm welcome to all our esteemed
guests, respected faculty, proud parents, and dear students. I zubaida
noor have the honor of serving as a lecturer at Government girls degree
college quarry road. It is my privilege to be your host for today as we
celebrate this historic and momentous occasion-the first ever
convocation of our college. It is a day of pride, a celebration of
dedication and achievement, not only for our graduates but for all of us.
Ladies and gentlemen, you are kindly requested to rise and remain
standing until the academic procession, comprising the Controller of
Examinations, BS Coordinator, Principal, Chancellor University of
Balochistan, Vice Principal, Education Minister, Vice Chancellor of the
University of Balochistan, Secretary of Colleges, Higher and Technical
Education, and esteemed faculty members, has reached the stage.

Achievements of the First-Ever Convocation:
Today’s convocation is a milestone in our college’s journey, marking
years of hard work, dedication, and success by our faculty, students, and
administration. Our graduates stand ready to contribute to society with
knowledge, skills, and a commitment to excellence.
Principal’s Address:
Now, it is my honor to invite our respected principal, Madam Shereen
Gul Kakar, to officially welcome our honorable guests and provide
insights into the remarkable journey that has led us to this momentous
occasion.

Now, we arrive at the heart of our celebration: the awarding of degrees

Minister of Education’s Address:
Now, it is with great anticipation and respect that I invite the Honorable
Minister of Education, Ms. Rahila Hameed khan Durrani, to share her
insights and thoughts with us. We are eager to hear from her, as she
represents a beacon of hope and progress in our educational landscape

confidence that you will fulfill your commitments and lead us toward a

VC’s Address
Next, I am pleased to invite the Vice Chancellor of Balochistan, Mr
Zahoor Ahmed Bazai, an esteemed educationist and administrator at the
largest university in the region, to share his valuable insights with us.
Thank you, sir, for your encouraging remarks. And with that, we come to
the end of our ceremony. Congratulations once again to our graduates
and their families for this achievement.
Secretary’s Address
With great respect I now invite the Honorable secretary Colleges Higher
and Technical Education Department Mr Hafiz Mohammad Tahir to
deliver his address on this noteworthy occasion.
Thank you, sir, your address has added great significance to this
occasion. And with that, we come to the end of our ceremony.
Congratulations once again to our graduates and their parents for this
achievement.
Presentation of Shields:
As a token of our heartfelt appreciation for their presence and support,
we are honored to present shields to our distinguished guests. I now
invite our respected principal, Madam Shereen Gul Kakar, to kindly
come forward and present shields to our esteemed dignitaries.

Langove, to receive his shield.
"Next, I request the Honorable Secretary Colleges,Higher and Technical
