• July - Begin and most likely finish the “Company profile” project that’s in form of a

• August - First official “camp” as a team, for the purpose of bonding and meeting for the
planning of group content creation or a group project that is not an event
The above listed are very precise goals for certain months of the year that are mandatory to
achieve. The following are general goals of what we intend to achieve this year as a collective -
Client Acquisition and Growth
1. Increase client base by 20% within the next 6 months.
2. Acquire at least 5 new major clients in the first quarter.
3. Boost revenue by 20% by the end of the year.
4. Expand services to at least 2 new geographical demographic (I.e U.S, Jamaica)
5. Achieve a client retention rate of 70% or higher.
Digital Marketing and Content Creation
6. Launch at least 2 new social media campaigns per quarter for existing clients.
7. Increase website traffic by 30% through SEO optimization and content marketing.
8. Produce at least 1 high-quality video content per month for clients or internal marketing.
9. Develop and implement a podcasting strategy for at least 2 clients.
10. Continue creation of Ebooks to teach our creatives and talents, continue our online exams
that happens three times a year.
Team Development and Operations
11. Hire at least 2 new team members with specialized skills (e.g., video production, data
analysis).
12. Implement a new project management tool to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
(I.e our website project)
13. Achieve a team satisfaction rate of 90% or higher through regular feedback and surveys.
