PRICES STIPULATED IN THIS PURCHASE ORDER ARE FOR SAFE DELIVERY OF ALL THE ITEMS

SHALL REMAIN FIRM THROUGHOUT THE CURRENCY OF THE CONTRACT...
2 Goods and Services Tax
GST (GOODS AND SERVICES TAX) SHALL BE EXTRA AT ACTUALS DURING THE DELIVERY PERIOD
STIPULATED IN THE PURCHASE ORDER. THE PRESENT RATE OF GST IS @ 18%.
GST/TDS: AS APPLICABLE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE BILL AS PER NOTIFICATION NO. 50/2018-

3 Performance Security Deposit
THE SUPPLIER SHALL FURNISH PERFORMANCE SECURITY DEPOSIT TO THIS PURCHASE
OFFICE FOR 3% OF THE TOTAL VALUE OF CONTRACT, INCLUDING STATUTORY LEVIES, I.E. RS.
69,218/- WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE PURCHASE ORDER/CONTRACT.
THE SECURITY DEPOSIT SHALL BE FURNISHED IN THE FORM OF BANK GUARANTEE STRICTLY
AS PER THE FORMAT ENCLOSED WITH VALIDITY PERIOD OF 2 MONTHS BEYOND THE
STIPULATED DELIVERY PERIOD. THE BANK GUARANTEE SHOULD BE EXECUTED BY STATE BANK
OF INDIA OR ANY INDIAN NATIONALISED BANK OR SCHEDULED BANKS AS APPEARING IN THE
SECOND SCHEDULE OF RESERVE BANK OF INDIA (OTHER THAN CO-OPERATIVE AND GRAMIN

4 Delivery Schedule
THE ITEMS COVERED BY THIS PURCHASE ORDER SHALL BE DELIVERED WITHIN A PERIOD OF 02
MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE PURCHASE ORDER.

IN CASE THE CONTRACTOR IS UNABLE TO DELIVER THE GOODS WITHIN THE DELIVERY
SCHEDULE STIPULATED IN THIS PURCHASE ORDER IT IS MANDATORY ON HIS PART TO APPROACH
THE PURCHASER FOR EXTENSION OF THE DELIVERY DATE WITH JUSTIFICATION FOR THE DELAY
FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE PURCHASER. THE CONTRACTOR SHOULD DELIVER THE GOODS
ONLY AFTER GETTING THE DELIVERY PERIOD EXTENDED BY THE PURCHASER. IN CASE THE
CONTRACTOR FAILS TO ADHERE TO THIS CONDITION AND DELIVER THE GOODS TO THE
CONSIGNEE AFTER EXPIRY OF THE DELIVERY DATE WITHOUT GETTING THE DELIVERY PERIOD
EXTENDED, IT IS NOT ONLY THAT THE CONSIGNEE WILL NOT RECEIVE THE GOODS DISPATCHED
BY THE SUPPLIERS BUT THE BILLS IF ANY SENT BY THE CONTRACTOR TO THE PAYING AUTHORITY
WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SUPPLIERS WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION ON THE PART

CARD/AADHAAR CARD/VALID INDIAN PASSPORT/ VALID DRIVING LICENSE/VALID PAN CARD/
IDENTITY CARDS ISSUED BY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND RESEARCH ORGANIZATIONS
UNDER THE AID OR DIRECT CONTROL OF STATE AND UNION GOVERNMENTS. CARD SHOULD BE
PRODUCED AT THE GATE FOR ARRANGING SECURITY PASS TO THE INDIVIDUAL.
2) IN CASE THE ORDERED ITEMS/MATERIALS ARE DELIVERED AT SITE/STORES BY VEHICLE, THE

FROM ANY LOSS,DAMAGE OR DETERIORATION DURING TRANSIT .

1) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ENSURE THAT ALL THE MATERIALS ARE BEING ACCOMPANIED WITH
PROPER DOCUMENTS WHILE SENDING THE SAME THROUGH COURIER/ TRANSPORTERS.
