5.) Target Completion : Estimated completion of works: 1 month/s (assuming no conflicts in construction).
6.) Delays :
Excessive delays and additional works due to the owner & contractor shall be charged accordingly.
7.) Warranty : AC Experts warranties its installation works and materials (only) to be free of defects for the period
of 6 months upon Start Up of System.Compressor : 5 years, 1 year on other parts, 1 year on PCB.
Defects arising from misuse and abnormal condition such as tempering, fire, terrorism, acts of god
8.) Defects : and installation made by person other than our authorized service personal shall be excluded from
the warranty.
EXCLUSIVE OF QUOTATION:

NOTES:
1.) Plans are based on bid drawings. Additional items and materials will be charged accordingly.
2.) If the main drain is above the unit, we shall install a drain pump 7,500/unit.
3.) Offered color of diffuser: White (If applicable; request for special colors will be charged accordingly)
