Lemon Crepes with Almond Flakes & Maple Syrup

PREP TIME: 5 MIN COOKING TIME: 10 MIN SERVES: 4

Enjoy these delicate crepes with the zesty freshness of lemon, the nutty crunch of
almond flakes & the sweet touch of maple syrup!

Ingredients Directions

Crepes: 1. Make the crepe batter: In a blender, combine the flour, milk, eggs,
1 cup all-purpose flour melted butter, sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
1 1/2 cups milk 2. Cook the crepes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly
